Fees & Insurance

Fees

Please see the "Services" page for more details on fees and services offered. Fees for sessions can be charged on a sliding scale (reduced fee based on the median household income in the client's county) based on client need and availability. Current standard rates are $150 per session. Please contact us to discuss your session fee.

Insurance

Session fees are private/direct-pay only at this time. Though we do not take insurance or bill directly, a receipt can be produced for clients to submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement for out-of-network provider services. Please discuss this with us before or during your first session. For your actual out-of-pocket costs, reimbursment rate (if any), and complete coverage details, please check with your specific insurance company and health plan.

For more information, please discuss this with us before or during your first session to see if this is an appropriate situation for you and your relationship.

Telehealth vs. In-Person

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and in an abundance of client and practitioner safety, as well as public health, telehealth services are available in lieu of in-person sessions unless: 1) clients can provide proof of full vaccination, and 2) abide by CDC, federal, state, and county/local regulations during session. Clients can access their telehealth session from the comfort and convenience of their home via a secure, HIPAA-compliant link sent prior to the session and accessed through the client portal.
